Job Description

Relationship Manager / Sales Executive Residential Sales (Primary / Mandated Projects)
Business Unit: Residential Services / Sales

Role & Responsibilities

  • Client Advisory & Sales Closure: Understand buyer requirements and provide consultative property solutions; guide customers through the full journey from enquiry to closure.
  • Lead Handling & Follow-ups: Work on inbound/outbound leads, nurture prospects, and ensure strong follow-up discipline to drive conversions.
  • Property Presentations & Site Visits: Conduct project presentations, arrange site visits, handle objections, and support negotiations and booking closures.
  • Channel Partner / Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with CPs/brokers and internal teams to move inventory and enable closures smoothly.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline status, and submit periodic reports/dashboards on sales performance.
  • Post-sales Coordination: Support post-sales CRM activities like payment milestone coordination and customer support through transaction stages (as applicable).
  • Market Intelligence: Keep track of competition, pricing, buyer trends, and local market activity to improve pitch and closures.

Additional (for Senior/Team Lead levels):

  • Drive revenue targets for the territory/zone, ensure billing/collections coordination, and coach/track performance of sales team members.
  • Business development to onboard developers/mandates and expand the project portfolio.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Proven experience in residential real estate sales (primary sales/mandated projects preferred).
  • Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closure capability; comfortable working in targets and fast-moving pipelines.
  • Customer Handling: Confident in managing client meetings, site visits, and end-to-end transaction support.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills (with buyers, channel partners, developers).
  • Tools & Process: Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Excel/reportin
