Responsibilities:
Sales Engineer: 5 to 10 years Exp.
1) Technically understand Subject, Instrument Need /Use /Application, Operations, Software
2) Key Networking with all the Pharma companies in the area Specifically with QA, QC dept. , Production Dept. R & D Dept. Purchase Dept. )
3) Technical discussions with Customer
4) Proper, Clean and Complete Reports
5) Positive & Extensive Field Sales Promotion
6) Timely Attending Sales
7) Full Utilisation of the day
8) Understanding of competitor products and technical hold on the same
9) Working with complete ladder means from bottom to top all personnel
10) Meeting all different departments
11) Closing order for regular items by self
12) Working with manager for Project Cases
13) Rolling 3 Months Sales Projections
14) Tracking of Targets and Achievements
15) Target winning competitor accounts
16) Prompt email communications, offer submissions.
Qualifications:
B E or B TECH (ECE, EIE, EEE) & B. / M.sc. (Microbiology)
Experience Required:
- Sales Experience: 5 to 10 Years of experience of dealing with Pharma Industries
- Networking with all the Pharma companies in the area Specifically with QA, QC dept. , Production Dept. R & D Dept. Purchase Dept.
- Should have a good contact database of all the Pharma companies in the area.
