We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sale of residential properties within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, particularly in selling residential flats and villas. This role involves driving sales initiatives, building client relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our residential offerings.


Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and execute sales strategies to promote residential flats and villas within our construction projects.

Identify and engage potential buyers through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts.

Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing the unique features of each property.

Guide clients through the sales process, including preparing offers, negotiating terms, and managing contracts.

Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities in the construction sector.

Foster and maintain relationships with clients, builders, and industry partners to drive referrals and repeat business.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns focused on residential properties.

Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain detailed client records.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure client satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile:


Education:


Post Graduate or Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or any field, with established experience in sales within the real estate sector.

Experience:


3 plus years of sales experience in the real estate and construction industry, specifically with residential properties.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.

Skills:


Knowledge of the construction industry and residential real estate market.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
