Job Description:

  • New Client Acquisition: Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful Go To Market Strategy
  • Business Renewal: Achieve sales targets by growing business from existing clients through renewal upselling and cross selling.
  • Lead Generation: Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, digital media, canvassing and cold calling.
  • Client Service & Engagement: Strategising and implementing recruitment campaigns and actively engaging with the customers by monitoring product delivery, demonstrations and trainings.
  • Closure and Collection: Manage Prospects, negotiate and freeze on commercials taking them to a logical closure with required documentation and ensure timely collection.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Develop an in depth understanding of the client's business and their needs and propose customised recruitment solutions. Collaborate with various internal and external teams to deliver the best customer experience, monitor product performance and ROl and share necessary analytics with relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • 1-3 years of corporate sales, B2B experience.
  • Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills

Responsibilities-


Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
Working closely with sales and marketing department.
Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
Giving presentations.
Maintaining a marketing database.
Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
Understanding company product and brand.
General office duties.
Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
Organizing market research.
Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
Updating social media accounts.
Work with customers and/or technical leaders to ensure that the technical deliverables are consistent with the goals of larger programs, projects or initiatives
Seeks mentoring to learn and for problem solving
Engaging in all phases of new product development, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support
Identifying and developing new opportunities to leverage Strategic Sourcing objectives and Common Technology initiatives in the modality product line
Defining and executing component design verification
Developing innovative designs to meet all requirements for performance, reliability, cost and manufacturability
Maintain and develop competence required for the job
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Develop business cases for marketing programs during the proposal stage and provide recommendations on marketing tactics.
Monitor the performance of all brand marketing activities and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Create and implement a strategic marketing plan to promote the business and increase brand visibility.
Conduct field surveys to gather market insights and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities and challenges.

Develop and execute branding strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the industry
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure branding initiatives are aligned with overall marketing objectives
Create and manage budgets for branding campaigns
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure quality deliverables within budget
Monitor and report on the success of branding campaigns using relevant metrics
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into branding strategies
Conduct field visits to gather data, insights and conduct competitor analysis

Must be able to handle real estate customer's inbound and outbound calls.


Requirement-

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Executive with a focus on automation lighting, chandeliers, design lights, or similar products (experience in Calco metal works will be preferred).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
Valid driver's license and own 2-wheeler for fieldwork.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in branding or marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
Experience with marketing and branding tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, and email marketing platforms
Understanding of marketing analytics and ability to track and report on campaign performance
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative branding strategies
Willingness to travel for field visits - DAILY FIELD WORK WILL BE THERE

Salary : Rs. 3,00,000/- to Rs.4,00,000/ per annum Plus Incentives
