Sales Executive

Experience: 1 3 Years (Retail Sales Experience Mandatory)
Qualification: Any Graduate / 12th Pass & Above

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with experience in the Retail Industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets. Retail sales professionals are expected to combine strong product knowledge with customer relationship building and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Recommend suitable products and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash management.
• Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Stay updated on new products, promotions, and market trends.
• Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.

Required Skills

• Retail sales experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of billing software/POS systems.
• Good presentation and grooming standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from Fashion, Apparel, Footwear, Lifestyle, Jewellery, Cosmetics, Electronics, Furniture, Supermarkets, or other Retail brands are preferred.
