Job Description
1. Enquiry Tracking & Reporting o Maintain an enquiry tracker detailing lead-to-enquiry turnaround time, margin, geography, application, and source and product family. o Submit periodic reports to the Section Head Marketing. 2. Prospect Research & Team Coordination o Identify potential customers and dealers via online research. o Guide and supervise junior staff to execute activities in line with the business plan. 3. Enquiry Management & CRM Maintenance o Acknowledge all customer enquiries within defined SLAs. o Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system. 4. Inquiry-to-Order Progression o Oversee inquiries from RFQ through sample/pilot series to SOD/SOE (commercial production) stages. o Facilitate smooth handover to Sales and escalate issues as needed. 5. Trend Analysis & Inventory Planning o Analyze customer order patterns. o Coordinate with the Planning department to define and periodically review minimum FG warehouse stock levels. 6. Communication & Collaboration o Maintain clear, professional communication across functions and with external stake holders. Role & responsibilities
