We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and support the sales team in generating quality business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Contact and engage prospective customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Explain Fracspace services, business models, and franchise opportunities to potential clients.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to management.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle outbound calls and lead qualification.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in telesales, pre-sales, lead generation, or customer support.
- Exposure to franchise consulting, real estate, education, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
