Job Description

  • Develop and manage sales of AAC blocks in assigned regions through channel partners, builders, contractors, and infrastructure companies.
  • Identify and onboard new clients and distributors to expand market presence.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and monitor performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new business opportunities.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure regular followups to close deals.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support to clients regarding product specifications and applications.
  • Maintain and update CRM database with accurate client interactions and sales pipeline.

  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Can work in highpressure situations and completely handson; the knack to hustle and get the job done
  • Flexible to travel around and fluent in Hindi, English, and local language
