Job Description
- Develop and manage sales of AAC blocks in assigned regions through channel partners, builders, contractors, and infrastructure companies.
- Identify and onboard new clients and distributors to expand market presence.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and monitor performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new business opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure regular followups to close deals.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support to clients regarding product specifications and applications.
- Maintain and update CRM database with accurate client interactions and sales pipeline.
What we are looking for.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Can work in highpressure situations and completely handson; the knack to hustle and get the job done
Flexible to travel around and fluent in Hindi, English, and local language
