Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the automotive battery or related industry.

• Identify and develop new dealers and retailers in the assigned territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Promote and sell motorcycle batteries to retailers, workshops, and service centers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.
• Provide timely feedback and reports to the sales manager.

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the automotive battery or related industry.
• A graduate degree is required; minimum qualification is 12th pass.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
