Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Credit Card Sales Executive to promote and sell credit cards to prospective customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable credit card products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through field sales, corporate tie-ups, kiosks, and customer referrals.
  • Identify potential customers and explain the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of credit card products.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates.
  • Assist customers in completing application forms and collecting the required documents.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of customer applications.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until card issuance.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines during the sales process.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and update customer interactions in the CRM system.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with persuasive selling ability.
  • Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass may be considered based on relevant experience).

Preferred Experience


  • Experience in credit card, banking, insurance, personal loan, CASA, or financial product sales is preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
