Hiring for TATA MOTORS Process
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Connect with customers who have visited the TATA MOTORS PORTAL and shown interest in Tata motors vehicle.
- Reach out to potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Encourage and guide interested candidates to visit their nearest tata motors showroom for further assistance and vehicle inquiries .
- Generate and qualify leads for the showroom teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow ups.
NOTE:- This is primarily a lead generation role. There are no direct sales targets involved.
