Job Description Sales Executive About the Role
As a Sales Executive at Fusion CX, you will be responsible for end-to-end handling of leads and converting them into successful outcomes. You will be the primary point of contact with customers, ensuring clear information, timely updates, and a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility is to work on and complete assigned leads end-to-end, manage customer expectations, and provide quick and accurate resolutions within the specified TAT.
- Maintain a high level of compliance with the standard operating procedures defined by the line of business (LOB).
- Maintain accurate and updated knowledge of procedures and systems.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in a short timeframe with limited supervision.
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate: Freshers and candidates with 0 6 months of experience. Experience in sales or service (preferably in the automobile or BPO industry) will be advantageous.
- Basic English and Hindi communication required
- Effective communication with comprehensive skills, including:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Active listening and problem-solving
- Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Clear and concise articulation of ideas and solutions
- Customer centricity and strong listening skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts with rotational offs
