Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Doctor Referrals: Visit general physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to promote Apollo Clinics services and generate patient referrals.
  • Local Tie-Ups: Build partnerships with local labs, diagnostics centers, pharmacies, and other healthcare entities to drive mutual patient referrals.
  • Community Engagement: Organize and execute health camps, wellness checks, and corporate or society outreach programs to raise awareness and attract new patients.
  • Lead Generation: Actively scout for and convert new opportunities to increase footfall through in-person visits, relationship building, and timely follow-ups.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Apollo Clinic professionally in all external interactions, ensuring high standards of communication and brand positioning.
  • Reporting & Coordination: Maintain detailed daily records of visits, leads, referrals, and activity outcomes. Coordinate with internal teams (nursing, lab, admin) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Prior experience with clinics, diagnostic chains, or pharma companies
  • Familiarity with the local geography and doctor network
