Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team while maintaining a consistent level of performance.
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve overall sales goals and objectives.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in BPO or telesales industry.
• Strong communication skills in Oriya language (written & spoken).
• Ability to work on night shifts (rotational) including weekends.
