Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, or chats.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
• Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of their queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products/services.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field (preferably in telesales).
• Strong communication skills in Punjabi language (written & spoken) is mandatory.
• Ability to work on night shifts (rotational basis) including weekends off.
