Position: Sales Manager (IC + Team Leadership)
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)
Shift: US Shift, 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:
Individual Contribution (Sales):
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via email, phone, and chat with prompt and accurate product consultations.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them toward suitable product selections.
- Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Prepare order summaries, invoices, and coordinate with operations for seamless order fulfillment.
- Handle post-sale queries, delivery concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Track individual sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback metrics.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Train and onboard new team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer engagement standards.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality benchmarks, and communication standards.
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, and results.
- Allocate leads effectively and ensure optimal team productivity.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training or coaching interventions.
- Collaborate with leadership to define sales strategies and improve conversion funnels.
Process & Strategy:
- Analyze sales data, trends, and team performance to recommend improvements.
- Enhance sales scripts, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and manage key accounts.
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect a premium, world-class brand experience.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Proven experience in US-based sales processes with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Prior experience in team handling or mentoring sales representatives.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and drive team performance in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in voice, email, and chat support environments.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Preference for candidates with US accent training.
- Customer-first mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
