Position: Sales Manager (IC + Team Leadership)


Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)


Shift: US Shift, 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:


Individual Contribution (Sales):

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries via email, phone, and chat with prompt and accurate product consultations.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them toward suitable product selections.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversions and revenue.
  • Prepare order summaries, invoices, and coordinate with operations for seamless order fulfillment.
  • Handle post-sale queries, delivery concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Track individual sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback metrics.

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Train and onboard new team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer engagement standards.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality benchmarks, and communication standards.
  • Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, and results.
  • Allocate leads effectively and ensure optimal team productivity.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement training or coaching interventions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define sales strategies and improve conversion funnels.

Process & Strategy:

  • Analyze sales data, trends, and team performance to recommend improvements.
  • Enhance sales scripts, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and manage key accounts.
  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect a premium, world-class brand experience.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Proven experience in US-based sales processes with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Prior experience in team handling or mentoring sales representatives.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and drive team performance in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience in voice, email, and chat support environments.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Preference for candidates with US accent training.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
