Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using the company's products/services to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to develop strategies for closing deals and expanding existing accounts.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by consistently meeting client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development in the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and growing revenue through effective communication skills.
- Strong understanding of software product/service offerings and ability to articulate their value proposition to customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment with minimal supervision.
