Proven track record of exceeding targets in sales, > 1 year of experience in Sales or Freshers with Zeal to work
Overall experience must not be more than 10 years
Fluency in English /Hindi ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to counsel an Individual Aspiring to give CAT Comfortable with changing shift timings so that we may serve our customers better
Comfortable with exceeding work timing based on process need
Minimum Qualification - Graduation
Working knowledge of Leadsquared or the zeal to Learn, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets ), and PowerPoint will be an added advantage
Initiating Conversations with the aspirants who are interested to prepare for the courses from iQuanta Via CALLS/ SMS / EMAILS/ZOOM meets
Immediate joiners are preferred

Reaching Optimum Talk time of 3 to 3
