Job Description
- Sales & Client Acquisition
- Acquire new clients for stock trading, derivatives, and investment products.
- Generate leads through field sales, referrals, and digital or tele-calling activities.
- Explain trading platforms, brokerage plans, and services to prospective clients.
- Relationship Building
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage active trading.
- Ensure smooth onboarding by assisting with account opening and documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for client coordination with internal support teams.
- Target & Performance Management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for client acquisition and revenue.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to reporting managers.
- Participate in performance reviews and align efforts with quarterly growth goals.
- Market Awareness & Compliance
- Maintain basic knowledge of stock markets, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure ethical sales practices and compliance with company policies.
Skills & Qualifications
- 12th Pass or Graduate (Commerce, Finance, or Management preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working with targets.
- Basic understanding of stock markets or financial products is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in field sales, tele-sales, or hybrid sales models.
Experience
- 1-5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in stock broking, financial services, or insurance sales is preferred but not mandatory.
