Job Description
- Voice process
- Minimum six months experience in US TRAVEL process/ must be from the travel industry.
- Handling inbound calls & converting them into sales call.
- Continues follow-up with the customers.
- Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, Vacation packages, as well as travel advice & information.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should be well versed with any of the GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, sabre, etc)
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Us shift (8:00 pm to 05:00 am), 5 days working (rotational week off).
- Salary +incentives: best in the travel industry
