Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven IT Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Healthcare & Wellness sector. The role involves generating new leads, conducting client meetings, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and achieving monthly sales targets through direct field engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct meetings and product/service presentations with healthcare and wellness businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, wellness centers, fitness brands, and other potential clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular activity reports.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record of lead generation and target achievement.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Wellness, Fitness, Medical, or related sectors will be preferred.
  • Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Comfortable with extensive local travel and client visits.
