Urgent Hiring: Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with industrial, commercial, OEM, EPC, and channel partners.
• Promote and drive sales of Servo Voltage Stabilizers, Distribution Transformers, Isolation Transformers, Power Transformers, UPS Systems, Variac (Auto Variable Transformers), HT/LT Panels, and Step Up & Step Down Transformers across assigned territories.
• Conduct field visits, customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Identify potential customers, generate leads, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales opportunities.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while expanding market presence and customer base.
• Maintain accurate customer records, update sales activities in CRM, and provide regular sales reports
to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, timely deliveries, and excellent customer satisfaction.


Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in Transformer Sales is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience in Distribution Transformers, Power Transformers, Isolation Transformers, HT/LT Transformers, and related power products will be highly preferred.
• Experience in selling Servo Voltage Stabilizers, UPS Systems, Variac (Auto Variable Transformers), HT/LT Panels, and other electrical power equipment will be an added advantage.
• Strong expertise in lead generation, business development, key account management, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Ability to understand technical products and conduct effective product presentations and customer discussions.
• Experience in handling industrial clients, OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and channel partners.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and MS Office applications.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
