Job Title: Executive Sales & Marketing

Location: As per Residential / Assigned Area

Experience: 1 to 4+ Years

Salary: Up to 3 LPA

Travel Requirement: Minimum 22 days/month

Job Summary

We are looking for a competitive Sales & Marketing Executive to develop sales strategies, generate new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets in assigned territories, especially in rural and agricultural markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle sales & marketing activities in the assigned area
  • Manage primary and secondary sales
  • Appoint new distributors and dealers and maintain relationships
  • Meet dealers/distributors to achieve targets and ensure ROI
  • Identify potential customers and close new business opportunities
  • Promote products and cover vacant / new areas
  • Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and farmer meetings
  • Visit agricultural institutes and KVKs (Krishi Vigyan Kendras) to arrange farmer meetings
  • Meet minimum 15 farmers per month and convert them into customers
  • Build strong customer relationships and handle objections effectively
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Submit daily/weekly reports to management
  • Implement tasks assigned by seniors

Requirements / Desired Skills

  • Graduate (Agriculture preferred)
  • 14 years of sales experience (field/agriculture preferred)
  • Good communication skills (Local language & English mandatory)
  • Ability to write and report via email in English
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory
  • Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
