We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The company will provide qualified leads, and your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, present our products/services, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with company-provided leads via phone, email, and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
