Job Description: Sales Engineer Industrial Paint Shops & Sheet Metal Machinery

Position: Sales Engineer
Experience: Minimum 3 years in capital equipment or industrial paint shop sales
Company: Shree Sai Associates , Greater Faridabad
Industry: Industrial Paint Shop Manufacturing, Sheet Metal Processing
Location: PAN India & International (travel as required)
Department: Sales / Business Development

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and target clients in automotive, heavy engineering, appliance, and metal fabrication sectors for paint shops and related systems
  • Understand client technical needs and propose suitable paint shop solutions (pre-treatment, booths, ovens, conveyors, etc.)
  • Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals
  • Handle entire sales cycle enquiry, quotation, negotiation, PO, handover to project
  • Visit clients, consultants, OEMs for lead generation and relationship building
  • Conduct site assessments, understand layouts and utilities
  • Coordinate with internal design, costing & project execution teams
  • Track competitors and industry trends
  • Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and online platforms
  • Meet quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proper handover and post-sale coordination

Required Skills

  • Willingness to travel (PAN India & overseas)
  • Strong follow-up and CRM discipline
