Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and reach out to potential new clients through cold calling, networking, emailing, and social media.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact, presentation/demo, and negotiation, to closing the deal.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain and build strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions in the CRM, achieving weekly/monthly targets.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Experience: 3-10 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or a similar sales-driven role.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong capability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Mindset: Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and resilient with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
