Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Algo Technosoft, you will be responsible for converting leads into customers by clearly communicating the value of our software solutions. You will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to understand product features and customer needs. The role focuses on consultative selling, relationship management, and revenue growth through structured sales processes all from an office or online environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound leads from website, calls, WhatsApp, and digital campaigns.
  • Explain billing software, POS, CRM, WhatsApp solutions, and other products.
  • Conduct product demos via phone, video call, or in-office presentations.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable software solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for deal closures.
  • Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and sales status.
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Any degree (UG / PG).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, software, and digital tools.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and explain solutions clearly.
  • Sales, telecalling, or customer handling experience preferred (freshers can apply).
  • Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and online tools.
