Location: 1. Chennai, 2. Nellore
Experience: 2-5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory
Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Build strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and key stakeholders
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and promotional activities
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in Retail Sales from the Building Materials industry (ACP, Plywood, Laminates, Paints, Tiles, Sanitaryware, etc.)
Strong dealer management and channel sales experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
