Sales Executive

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, customer relationship management, and achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. This role will be completely responsible for customer base development by new logo acquisition. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, collaterals. • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management. • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities. • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction. • Provide market feedback and contribute to sales strategy development. • Preparation of Sales MIS and reports Key Skills and Competencies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong negotiation and closing abilities. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Self-motivated and results-driven. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Key Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
