Job Description

  • Generation of leads: Identifying potential customers and generating leads.
  • Storyboard Creation: Creating an elaborate storyboard of the customer by understanding household income, expenses, social, economic factors and accordingly process the application.
  • KYC verification: Confirm creditworthiness of customers by evaluating the loan application and the documents submitted along with it to determine the feasibility of granting loans.
  • Residence Visit: Visit the customers to understand the housing needs of customers and provide financial solutions accordingly.
  • Property Visit: Visiting properties where the customer wants to build/renovate their house.
  • Occupation Visit: Visiting the customer s workplace and gauging the income and expenses incurred by him/her.
  • Checking of Prop Doc: Check whether the property is legally verified.
  • Filling Submission of Loan App Form: Prepare submit loan applications and provide recommendations for approval of loan.

  • Maintain and Develop Relationships with
  • Customers: Maintain relations with customers from the beginning to the end of the loan process.
  • Builders Sales Team: Maintaining relationship with the builder to ease the lead generation process

Experience: 2-3 Years
Education Background: Graduation or Post Graduation in Commerce/MSW
