Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive
Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and increase sales revenue.
  2. Generate leads through market visits, customer referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure long-term business growth.
  4. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
  5. Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements, present product offerings, and secure orders.
  6. Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
  7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  8. Promote the company's products and services effectively to maximize market penetration and sales growth.
  9. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
  10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities in the company's database.
  11. Provide regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and performance reports to management.
  12. Contribute towards achieving a minimum business growth of 15- 20% from the current sales level.
  13. Participate in customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.

Required Skills:-

  1. Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Ability to identify customer needs and convert opportunities into sales.
  4. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  5. Self-motivated with a target-driven and result-oriented approach.
  6. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Qualifications:-

  1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
  3. Experience in Industrial Products, Manufacturing, Sheet Metal Products, Building Materials, or related industries will be preferred.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  5. Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development activities.
  6. Strong organizational, time-management, and negotiation skills.
