Job Title: Sales Executive
Key Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and increase sales revenue.
- Generate leads through market visits, customer referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure long-term business growth.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements, present product offerings, and secure orders.
- Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Promote the company's products and services effectively to maximize market penetration and sales growth.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities in the company's database.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and performance reports to management.
- Contribute towards achieving a minimum business growth of 15- 20% from the current sales level.
- Participate in customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in Industrial Products, Manufacturing, Sheet Metal Products, Building Materials, or related industries will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development activities.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and negotiation skills.
