Job Purpose
To generate and convert leads into sales for residential properties by engaging with customers,
providing property details, conducting site visits, and guiding clients through the sales process. The
Frontline Sales (FLS) Executive plays a key role in ensuring the achievement of sales targets and
delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Engagement
Generate leads through various sources such as inquiries, referrals, walk-ins, digital
campaigns, and third-party platforms.
Actively engage with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing relevant
property options.
Qualify leads and ensure they are directed to the appropriate sales channel for conversion.
2. Customer Consultation & Sales Conversion
Provide detailed property information to customers, including project features, pricing, floor
plans, and benefits.
Conduct effective site visits and property tours, addressing client concerns and highlighting
key selling points.
Convert prospects into customers by effectively addressing objections and negotiating sales
terms.
3. Collaboration with Teams
Collaborate with the Sales TL, Regional Head, and Marketing teams to align on sales strategies
and promotions.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to
optimize sales approaches.
Assist in resolving customer issues by working closely with internal teams.
4. Sales Target Achievement
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager and
Zonal Head.
Maintain a high lead conversion rate through effective follow-ups and customer engagement.
Track personal sales performance, focusing on improving closing rates and sales productivity.
5. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure
customer loyalty.
Follow up with leads throughout the buying process, addressing queries, and ensuring
customer satisfaction.
Ensure a smooth post-sale process, coordinating with the CRM team for customer onboarding
and after-sales support.
6. Sales Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM
system.
Submit regular sales reports, including weekly progress, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales documents such as agreements, booking
forms, and payment receipts.
