Position: Sales Executive (Chennai)

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our business presence in corporate companies, institutions, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, and other commercial establishments. The role involves generating business opportunities, managing key client relationships, ensuring timely supply coordination, and driving revenue growth in the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate offices, institutions, hospitals, colleges, and commercial establishments.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through direct corporate and institutional sales.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to generate business.
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and maintain regular follow-ups for repeat business.
  • Generate leads and convert prospective clients into long-term customers.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, facility managers, and administration departments.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service and support.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and service requirements in coordination with internal teams.
  • Monitor client consumption patterns and identify opportunities for business expansion.

Market Expansion & Brand Visibility:

  • Increase brand presence across corporate and institutional segments in the assigned territory.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, product sampling, and awareness campaigns in corporate locations.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market movements, and provide feedback to management.

Order Coordination & Service Support:

  • Coordinate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and uninterrupted supply.
  • Track order status, consumption requirements, and replenishment schedules for clients.
  • Ensure smooth execution of contracts, agreements, and service commitments.

Collections & Reporting:

  • Follow up on payments and ensure collections are made as per company credit policy.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales orders, collections, and business development activities.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports, client visit reports, and market feedback to management.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products to corporate and institutional clients.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure smooth supply chain operations for uninterrupted customer service.
  • Track dispatch status, delivery timelines, and replenishment requirements.
  • Resolve delivery-related issues and coordinate with concerned teams for timely closure.
  • Ensure proper documentation and coordination for bulk orders and scheduled deliveries.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum: Graduate preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Corporate Sales / Institutional Sales in FMCG, beverages, packaged drinking water, or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in handling corporate clients, institutions, hotels, hospitals, or commercial accounts is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Chennai market and corporate business network.
  • CTC As per Industry Standards.
