About the Program

JSW Paints is looking for dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our Sales Trainee Program. This is a structured 90-day learning and development program designed to provide hands-on exposure to the paints industry, sales processes, customer management, and channel operations.

During the training period, trainees will closely shadow Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to gain practical knowledge of sales execution, customer engagement, market development, and business operations.

Upon successful completion of the 90-day training program, candidates will be absorbed into a full-time role with JSW Paints as either a Project Sales Officer (PSO) or Customer Relationship Officer (CRO), based on business requirements and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities During Training

• Shadow RSMs and ASMs to understand day-to-day sales operations.
• Learn about JSW Paints products, solutions, and applications.
• Support customer visits, dealer interactions, and project site visits.
• Understand sales planning, market mapping, and lead generation activities.
• Gain exposure to customer relationship management and complaint resolution.
• Assist in business development and market expansion initiatives.
• Participate in product training, classroom sessions, and field assignments.
• Prepare reports and maintain sales-related documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in field sales.
• Passion for sales, customer engagement, and business development.
