Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Consultant to support the sales team by understanding client requirements, designing tailored solutions, and delivering compelling product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions, contributing to successful deal closures and long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solution proposals and value propositions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and technical workshops.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with high-quality technical and commercial documentation.
• Prepare solution architecture, implementation approaches, and effort estimates.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with customer expectations.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle and address customer queries effectively.
• Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to position the company's solutions competitively.
• Assist in preparing sales collateral, case studies, presentations, and proposal documents.
• Support post-sales handover to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 38 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, technical consulting, or solution architecture.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and solution-based selling.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
