Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely processing and follow-up on outstanding orders.
  
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices with customers, and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
  
• Provide marketing support by preparing presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
  
• Assist in order processing, including tracking inventory levels and coordinating shipments.
  
• Collaborate with inside sales team to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
  
• Strong understanding of sales administration, coordination, operations, processes, quotation preparation, reporting generation (quotation & sales report), order processing.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction via phone calls or emails.
