About the Role
Goodrich Gasket Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and expand business across assigned states outside Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales experience in industrial products, excellent customer relationship skills, and a willingness to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business relationships with customers across assigned states.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
- Visit OEMs, distributors, dealers, and industrial customers to promote the company's gasket and sealing solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up for order closures.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS on a regular basis.
- Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, and business development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in gaskets, sealing products, automotive components, engineering products, or industrial consumables.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
- Willingness to travel extensively across other states.
