Role & responsibilities

Customer Handling: Welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs, and explain services gold selling, pledged gold release, gold loans.
Sales & Conversion: Achieve monthly sales/footfall targets. Educate customers on current gold rates, valuation process, and benefits.
Process Management: Assist customers with KYC, document collection, and coordinate with back-end team for purity testing & payment.
Compliance: Ensure all transactions follow RBI & company guidelines. Maintain 100% transparency in pricing and process.
Relationship Building: Build trust with customers through ethical practices. Handle objections and queries professionally.
Branch Operations: Support daily branch activities, maintain display, and ensure a clean, professional branch environment.
Reporting: Maintain customer records, daily sales logs, and report to Branch Manager.
