Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Develop business plans and strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with clients to drive sales growth.
• Establish effective communication for successful market/client requirements execution.
• Prepare action plans for searching for sales leads and prospects.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Gather market information, analyze, and summarize relevant data to inform business decisions.

• Energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and assertive with good negotiation skills and a creative mindset.
• Sound knowledge of the area of operation and ability to engage in business relationships with individuals and groups.
• Excellent client-interfacing skills, administrative skills, and strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead a team, perform under pressure, and be performance-driven and focused on results.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline or PG/MBA in Sales & Marketing is desired.
