Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 10 years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on disinfectant products.

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets by promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical disinfectant products.
• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the effectiveness and benefits of our disinfectant products.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting customer needs.
• Oversee the sales order process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment from initial inquiry to delivery.
• Provide post-sale support and address any customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on disinfectant products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with clients and prospects.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, with excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and disinfectant products is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is essential.
