Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Monitor housing and property markets to identify potential leads and opportunities.
• Maintain contact with clientele by sending newsletters and updates on market trends and developments.
• Cooperate with business partners on projects to ensure successful outcomes.
• Guide and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price under favorable terms.
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
• Intermediate negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.

• Graduation is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Possess strong skills in target industry knowledge, sales, and marketing.
• Demonstrate the ability to perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
