Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at AION InnoTech. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales closing skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and the capability to build strong client relationships.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Conduct product presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients through effective client relationship management.
  • Utilize sales closing skills to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
