Roles & Responsibilities:
The Field Sales Executive finds new customers and builds strong relationships through face-to-face visits. They promote the company's products, give demos, and follow up to close deals.
Their goal is to meet sales targets.
- Identify potential customers (printing presses, packaging units, ad agencies)
- Visit clients and understand their printing needs
- Present and explain printing machines (digital, offset, large format)
- Arrange product demos and sample outputs
- Recommend suitable machines based on requirement
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Negotiate price and close sales deals
- Achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate installation and after-sales service
- Follow up on leads and payments
- Report daily sales activities and market feedback
