Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our market presence and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, distributors, hardware stores, contractors, builders, and painters to promote Walltek Paint products.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and business partners to expand the distribution network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Collect customer orders and coordinate with the internal team for timely delivery.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and other sales-related documentation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to customers when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Paints, Building Materials, Construction Products, or FMCG.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Must possess a customer-focused and target-driven approach.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 18,000 to 30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
