Role & responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and providing product knowledge to prospective buyers.
Key Responsibilities
1) Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
2) Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
3) Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
4) Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and warranty details.
5) Generate and follow up on sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, and field visits.
6) Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
7) Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments to facilitate vehicle delivery.
8) Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
9) Participate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events organized by the dealership.
