Role & responsibilities
Identify and develop potential customers through personal engagement, referrals, and networking within the assigned territory. Promote and explain solar products and services to residential and commercial customers, addressing queries and providing solutions. Coordinate site visits and follow up with customers to ensure smooth engagement and timely execution. Achieve assigned individual sales targets on a monthly basis. Maintain accurate customer data and submit sales reports in a timely manner, as per company requirements. Coordinate with internal teams (installation, documentation, finance) to support order completion and smooth execution. Be flexible to travel within the assigned territory as required by business needs.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate / Post Graduate (MSW, MBA, BBA, B.Com, or equivalent) Freshers and Experienced both are welcome to apply. Candidates from rural or tier-3 locations are encouraged.. Willingness to work in the field..
