Sr. Executive / Executive Sales
Job Summary
The Executive Telesales will be responsible for generating business opportunities and acquiring retail & SME customers through outbound calling. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, wallet onboarding, and driving sales conversions for BVC Logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new retail and SME business opportunities through outbound calls
- Identify customer requirements and promote BVC Logistics services
- Drive onboarding and usage of the wallet system among retail and SME customers
- Assist customers with wallet activation, recharge, and transaction usage
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 - 4 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Acquisition, Telecalling, Banking Sales, Fintech Sales, Logistics Sales, or Courier Sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle sales targets and customer objections
- Experience in outbound calling and lead conversion preferred
