Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive . The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
The role involves close coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies
Generate leads and onboard new clients
Drive new business for FTL PTL services
Retain and grow existing customers to ensure recurring business
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Billing CCD teams
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and solutions

Proven experience in sales strategy, lead generation client management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of the logistics transportation industry
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 4+ years of sales experience in logistics or transportation industry
