Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will get to work closely with the core management team and get exposed to a wide range of market-facing and tactical responsibilities in scaling up the sales numbers and acquiring a massive number of businesses. And we are looking for someone who makes the most of this opportunity.
The role involves, outlining the business plan for the company and ensuring its successful execution. We are looking at a solid hustler who has been predominantly involved in business development and sales only.

Main Areas of Responsibility :
- Researching markets, organizations, and individuals to find new opportunities across all markets by generating own leads and proposing solutions that lead to maximization of revenues
- To quickly identify decision makers, influencers and users within the client base
- Pitching CXOs of potential organisations, collaborating to increase the volume of business, and exploring new methodologies to take the organisation to the next level.
- Ensure regular contact with clients and prospects on the phone and through meetings
- Responsible for understanding & maintaining knowledge of all the service offered by the company
- To become an ambassador for PCG by developing strong relationships with customers face to face, through contact during meetings, presentations or at industry forums
- Meet and manage sales targets set by the business as part of the role and approved by the business;
- To provide weekly feedback of sales activity including clients wins/losses, competition activity, product feedback etc. Occasionally present to the sales team on a product line or competitor.
- Implement overarching business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
- Collaborate and ideate with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
Key Result Areas:
- The key results are intended to outline the main focus the role is expected to achieve. Future pay awards will be measured against specific objectives derived from these areas.
- To generate new sales across existing and prospective clients for the company over the telephone and face to face.
- To reach or exceed specific targets by achieving pre-set criteria on revenue generated.
- To liaise with the company s staff to ensure a smooth transition of leads to the relevant teams.
- To develop a comprehensive understanding of all of the companys products and services and the competitor marketplace.
Minimum Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral in English
- Focused & goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team when required
- Must be able to create good and impactful presentations
