Job Objective
To maximize revenue and drive business growth for the hotel by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with key clients, negotiating and closing sales deals, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the hotel's overall revenue growth and profitability.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and individual customers, to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel's products and services and market visits (sales calls).
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients receive personalized attention, timely responses, and tailored solutions to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, including reservations, events, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and insights to the hotel management team, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Debtors Management: Extend event credit strictly in accordance with the prescribed policy, and actively reduce and maintain debtor days within the hotel's defined standards.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to TPAM, aligning all sales activities with the specified guidelines, revenue models, and contractual obligations, while maintaining transparency and accountability.

Required Qualifications A degree in Hospitality Management
Work Experience Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales department and hospitality industry
Languages Needed in Position Proficiency in english.
